Select Password Method

The password method is the core security feature of Good Knight that makes it so unique. This setup option allows the server owner or Good Knight admins to select which password method will be used in the server. Each user will be able to set their own unique password so that they never have to be shared. Learn more about the password protection here.

There are 3 different options for password protection that a server can choose:

• Password

• One-Time Authenticator Token

• Two-Factor Authentication

Once a password method has been selected, the user will be prompted to setup their password if it is not already setup. Follow the Set Password walkthrough described here.
